Visibility of Dashboard Panels Customization

Administrators use Visibility of Dashboard Panels Customization to select which Dashboard widgets (also known as panels) are visible to each user role.

Administrators can also set the visibility of Dashboard templates, which contain Dashboard tabs, which contain widgets, by user role in the Dashboard Template Administration.

Make Dashboard Panels Visible to a User Role

To make dashboard panels visible to a user role:

  1. Go to Settings > Customization > Dashboards and Reports.
  2. Click Visibility of Dashboard Panels.
  3. Click to select a User Role from the Select User Role drop-down menu.
  4. Click to select Visible checkboxes.
  5. Click Submit.
The yellow Your changes have been saved pop up opens and closes.
If you click away from the Customization page without clicking Submit, your changes will not save.
