Administrators can reset user passwords using the instructions on this page.
To reset your own lost password, see Update your own password.
To reset a user’s password:
- Go to Settings > User Management.
- Locate the user in the data grid by browsing or searching.
The user’s Status must be Active or Inactive.
- Click Reset Password.
- Type a New Password.
The password complexity bar will go from red to green as you type.
Create a password complex enough to turn the bar green. Administrators can enable password complexity in the Login Settings Customization.
- Re-type the password into Confirm New Password.
- Click Save & Close.
