Manage IM Form Builder Statuses

Form Builder Customization statuses can be used with or without workflows.

1. Enable Statuses

To enable statuses on an IM form:

  1. Go to Settings > Customization > Initiative Management (IM).
  2. Click Form Builder.
  3. Click a Form Title to edit a form in Form Designer.
  4. Click the Form Information menu button on the top-right corner of the form.
  5. Click to select the Allow Status checkbox.


2. Manage Statuses

To manage statuses:

  1. Click Statuses Selector.
  2. Manage Statuses:

    1. Add or edit a Status:
      1. Add: Click + new.
        Edit: Double-click the status Name.
      2. Type the status name.
      3. Click to select the End State checkbox if the status will be the final one in a workflow.
      4. Click Save & Close.
    2. Delete a Status:
      1. Click the delete button.Red Trash Bin Delete Button
      2. Click Yes to confirm.
      3. Click Save & Close.


3. Sort Statuses

Sorting statuses only changes their order in the status drop-down menu at the top of the form when workflows are turned off.

To sort statuses:

  1. Drag and drop the statuses.
  2. Click Save & Close or the order will not be saved.
