Duplicate TECR

Introduction

Duplicating an Environment request saves your time from re-entering information. 
This article provides a brief overview of steps to duplicate a TECR and create new.

Pre-requisite

You must have ‘Create Environment Change Request’ user permission.

Duplicate a TECR

To duplicate a TECR:

  1. Go to the ‘Environment Requests’ page
  2. Click the TECR tab.
  3. Search for the TECR that you want to duplicate. You can use the filter options available on this page.
  4. Select the TECR by checking the checkbox.
  5. Click .
  6. Click Duplicate Request.
 

On the ‘Duplicate TECR’ pop-up enter a name for the new TECR in Request Title. By default, Plutora displays the name of the TECR that you are duplicating with (Copy) prefix. Then click .

The duplicated TECR will be available on the grid.
