Occasionally, users may experience 404 errors when logging into Plutora Test. This is due to the application data stored in the browser.
How to clear application data and stop a 404 error
To clear application data and stop a 404 error in the following browsers and platforms:
- For Chrome:
- Windows:
- Click the three dot menu
on the top right.
- Click More tools.
- Click Clear browsing data.
- Click to select the beginning of time from the Obliterate the following items from drop-down menu.
- Click to select the following checkboxes:
- Cookies and other site and plugin data.
- Hosted app data.
- Click Clear browsing data.
- Click the three dot menu
- Mac:
- Go to Chrome > Clear Browsing Data…
- Click to select the beginning of time from the Obliterate the following items from drop-down menu.
- Click to select the following checkboxes:
- Cookies and other site and plugin data.
- Hosted app data.
- Click Clear browsing data.
- Windows:
- For Firefox:
- For IE:
- Click to select Internet Options from the Tools drop-down menu in the top, right-hand corner.
- Click the General tab (if it isn’t selected already).
- Scroll to the Browsing History section.
- Click to select the following checkbox:
- Cookies and website data.
- Click Delete.
- For Edge:
- Go to Hub > History.
- Click Clear all history.
- Click to select the following checkbox:
- Cookies and saved website data.
- Click Clear.
