If the Enforce Release Type Standard Colors across Plutora checkbox is not checked, users can add their own scheduler colors using the Scheduler Color field under the Type drop-down menu in  Enterprise, Project, or Independent Releases.

When checked, the Scheduler Color field on Releases will no longer be editable.
