Deployment Plan Activity Custom Lists Customization

Deployment Plan Activity Custom Lists allows users to add, edit or delete items from the following field types created in Deployment Plan Activity Custom Fields:

  • List fields (drop down menus).
  • List select (combo boxes).

Deployment Plan Activity Custom Lists

The Deployment Plan Activity Custom Lists page will remain grayed out until a Deployment Plan Custom Field is selected from the Deployment Plan Custom Field drop down menu.

To add items to a Deployment Plan Activity Custom List:

  1. Go to Settings > Customization.
  2. Click Deployment Plan Activity Custom Lists.
  3. Select a Deployment Plan Activity Custom Field from the Deployment Plan Activity Custom Field drop down menu.
  4. Click Add Deployment Plan Activity Custom Lists.
  5. Type the new Deployment Plan Activity Custom List.
  6. Click Submit.
    The yellow Your changes have been saved pop up opens and closes.
    If you click away from the Customization page without clicking Submit, your changes will not save.

 

To edit a Deployment Plan Activity Custom List item:

  1. Go to Settings > Customization.
  2. Click Deployment Plan Activity Custom Lists.
  3. Select a Deployment Plan Activity Custom Field from the Deployment Plan Activity Custom Field drop down menu.
  4. Click to select a Deployment Plan Activity Custom List item.
  5. Click Edit Deployment Plan Activity Custom Lists.
  6. Edit the Deployment Plan Activity Custom List.
  7. Click Submit.
    The yellow Your changes have been saved pop up opens and closes.
    If you click away from the Customization page without clicking Submit, your changes will not save.

 

Sort Manually

Sorting Deployment Plan Activity Custom Lists manually changes their order in drop down menus.

Refresh your browser to sort manually after sorting alphabetically. 

To sort Deployment Plan Activity Custom Lists manually:

  1. Go to Settings > Customization.
  2. Click Deployment Plan Activity Custom Lists.
  3. Select a Deployment Plan Activity Custom Field from the Select Deployment Plan Activity Custom Field drop down menu.
  4. Hover your mouse cursor over the left of the Deployment Plan Activity Custom List under the column with a white hand in the header.
    The sort handle (ten gray dots) appears.
    Sort Handle.
  5. Left click and drag the sort handle to resort the Deployment Plan Activity Custom List.
  6. Click Submit.
    The yellow Your changes have been saved pop up opens and closes.
    If you click away from the Customization page without clicking Submit, your changes will not save.

Sort by Column Header

Sorting Deployment Plan Activity Custom Lists by column header only changes their order on the Customization page.

To sort alphabetically on the Customization page by column header:

  1. Go to Settings > Customization.
  2. Click Deployment Plan Activity Custom List.
  3. Select a Deployment Plan Activity Custom Field from the Deployment Plan Activity Custom Field drop down menu.
  4. Click a column header.
    The Deployment Plan Activity Custom Lists will revert to their previous order when you click away from the Customization page.

 

Deleting a Deployment Plan Activity Custom List will not delete it from Plutora. But it will no longer be available when creating new Deployment Plans.

To delete a Deployment Plan Activity Custom List item:

  1. Go to Settings > Customization.
  2. Click Deployment Plan Activity Custom Lists.
  3. Select a Deployment Plan Activity Custom Field from the Select Deployment Plan Activity Custom Field drop down menu.
  4. Click to select the Deployment Plan Activity Custom List item.
  5. Click Delete Deployment Plan Activity Custom Lists.
  6. Click Submit.
    The yellow Your changes have been saved pop up opens and closes.
    If you click away from the Customization page without clicking Submit, your changes will not save.
