Functionality Enhancements
Users can now read, add, and remove attachments using the API integration.

Attachments via API
- Previously, file attachments could not be managed using the API.
- Now, users can use the API to read, add, and remove file (but not URL) attachments for a range of entities and file types.
Edit Change standard fields directly in the Change grid.
“As a Release Manager, I want the Change grid to function like Microsoft Excel, so I can click on standard fields and edit them directly.”
Edit Mode for Change Grid Standard Fields
- Previously, users had to open and edit a Change in order to edit Change standard fields. Change Custom Fields could be edited from the grid.
- Now, users can click the cell of a Change standard field column and edit it directly in the Change grid.
The Responsible field in Deployment Plan Activities now shows User Groups and users in alphabetical order with Live Search.
“As a Deployment Manager, I have two hundred Stakeholders in my Deployment Plan but I would like to select the correct Stakeholder quickly.”
Deployment Plan Activity Responsible Field
- Previously, users and User Groups in the Deployment Plan Activity Responsible field were unordered.
- Now, User Groups, then users, are listed alphabetically when editing a Deployment Plan, and the list will filter based on what you type.
