Dear Valued Customer,
From September 1, 2020, Plutora will no longer address bugs, performance problems, or issues relating to Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 and all prior versions of Explorer. In some cases, future user interactions with Plutora will not work using Microsoft Internet Explorer.
The latest version of Microsoft Internet Explorer is Version 11 and was launched in 2013. Microsoft officially ended support for Version 11 on Jan 12, 2016, and is no longer providing performance, security, or other bug fixes for the software. You can find further details of Microsoft’s support of Internet Explorer here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/windows/end-of-ie-support
FAQ
Why are you eliminating support for Microsoft Internet Explorer?
Internet Explorer has known issues, including performance and functionality problems with the current and future versions of the Plutora Platform. As we develop new user interfaces in the Platform, providing MS Internet Explorer compatibility limits the user experience options that we can make available to our customers.
What if I still want to use Microsoft Internet Explorer?
Most of the product will still work, but with limitations:
- We don’t guarantee that new functionality won’t break for users in Microsoft Internet Explorer.
- We expect end-user performance to be worse in Microsoft Internet Explorer than other browsers.
