Functionality Enhancements

Redesigned Navigation Menu
- Now, you can:
- Use the + New menu to create any record with a single click.
- Find Favorites in their own menu.
- View a wider and easier to use Announcements Feed.
- Use a fully redesigned and responsive navigation menu with consistent naming.
“As a user of Plutora, I would like to be able to stop an unwanted load on my systems or the creation of bad data by stopping an automated Deployment Plan Activity or Integration Hub – API job.”
Integration Hub Enhancements
- Now, you can:
- Click a stop button to stop automation scripts during runtime in Integration Hub – API and Deployment Plan Activities.
- Reduce the chance of data loss by using the argument args.lastSuccessfulRunDateUtc in your scripts to find the last time a script ran successfully.
- Create scripts that trigger emails to notify users that the execution failed or was successful.
- Use three new NPMs.

Plutora Analytics Enhancements
- Now, you can:
- Schedule Plutora Analytics reports.
- See the new data cubes.
- Experience better security and performance. Servers are now configured to cache data for a maximum of thirty minutes using Tableau’s inbuilt data caching functionality.

API Enhancements
- Now, for the Release, Change, TECR, and TEBR entities, you can retrieve the:
- Schema, which is the list of fields and field attributes (for example, what fields are mandatory, what fields cannot be edited, and so on) for a specific entity type. Schemas can be used to build request bodies for creating and updating records via the API:
- GET /schema/{Type}.
- For example, GET /schema/Releases.
- Workflow details for an entity type so you know what the valid workflow options are when using the API:
- GET /workflow/{Type}/{id}.
- For example, GET /workflow/Changes/{id}.

Release Orchestration – BETA
- Now, I can view and manage my Release Activities and Criteria by dragging and dropping them on a kanban board.
“As a Deployment Manager, I want to see my Deployment Plan Activities in a grid so I can see all their data without having to open them.”
Deployment Plan Enhancements
- Now, you can:
- Manage your Deployment Plan Activities in a grid. (Refresh your page if you don’t see the grid immediately.)
- View your Deployment Plan modes (Draft > Approved > Execution > Completed) under the Information tab.

Adjust Dates of Release Activities and Criteria
- Now, when you shift the end or due dates of an Enterprise, Project, or Independent Release’s Phase or Gate and save, a pop up will give you the option of moving the dates of the Release’s Activities and Criteria as well.

Email Template Wizard Enhancements
- Now, Email Template Wizard has the following new entity fields:
- For the Changes entity: [[Assigned_To]]:
- Add the Assigned To user to your emails.
- For the Releases entity: [[Release_Dependency]]:
- Add the Project or Independent Release’s parent Enterprise Release to your emails.
- For the Changes entity: [[Assigned_To]]:

Environment Schedule Legend
- Now, the Environment Schedule’s legend now changes depending on the view selected and content displayed.

Environment Map Enhancements
- Now, the Environment Map has:
- All the display options under one menu.
- And the ability to choose whether:
- Multiple connection types display permanently or are hidden.
- The Technical Specs and Configuration panel is open or closed.
