Functionality Enhancements
New API fields: lastModifiedDate and lastModifiedBy.
“As a Release Manager, I want to filter my Releases in the API by the last date they were modified.”
New API Fields
- Now, the following can be filtered in the API:
- Changes, TECRs, and TEBRs by lastModifiedDate and lastModifiedBy.
- Releases by lastModifiedDate.
- lastModifiedBy is due to be implemented for Releases by October 3, 2018.
Send email notifications to users who are Assigned To Change records.
“As a Release Manager, I want our contractors to be assigned to Changes and receive notifications without having to set them up as Stakeholders of those Changes.”
Change Email Notifications for Non-Stakeholders
- Previously, users had to be added as stakeholders to a Change record before they could receive notification emails about updates to that record.
- Now, users or user groups can be added to the Assigned To field and receive email notifications without being stakeholders.
Environment Map can now display multiple connections of different types between the same Environments.
“As an Environment Manager, I want to map multiple connections between two Environments and see them in Environment Map.”
Multiple Connections
- Previously, multiple connections with the same direction between two Environments in an Environment Group could not be created.
- Now, multiple connections with different Types with the same direction can be mapped between two Environments.
