New Tab ‘Analytics’ Added in Release Manager
Now, you can have a comprehensive view of the progress and status of all the release activities and criteria, scope items, TECRs, Bookings, and Deployments plan within your release in one location so you can quickly determine the overall health of your release.
At the Enterprise release level, the ‘Analytics’ tab provides a summary view for the Enterprise Release and all Project Releases within the Release Manifest. At the Project and Independent Release level, it provides a summary view for that specific release. Refer to the Release Analytics article for details on each of the charts displayed on the new tab.
Navigation:
To access the ‘Analytics’ tab
- Navigate to Release > Manager.
- On the ‘Manager’ page click the Release ID or Release Name to open the release.
- Click the Analytics tab
New Permission ‘Update Activities Status’ Added
A new user permission ‘Update Activities Status’ has been added exclusively for updating the status of Deployment Plan and Master Deployment Plan Activities.
Users who currently have any of the following permissions will have the new ‘Update Activity Status’ automatically enabled:
- Update Master Deployment Plan in Approved & Execution mode
- Add/Edit/Delete Activities to the Master Deployment Plan in Execution mode
- Update Deployment Plan in Approved & Execution mode
- Add/Edit/Delete Activities to the Deployment Plan in Execution mode
External API – Bookings
Now, Environment and Environment Group bookings within Release or TEBR can be managed through integrations with external applications via our external APIs.
New APIs:
- Get /Bookings: Enables you to retrieve a list of all bookings in Plutora. This API has filtering capabilities so you can retrieve Bookings within a specific Release or TEBR.
- Post /Bookings: You can create Environment, and Environment Group bookings for Release or TEBR using this API.
- Delete /Bookings/{id}: Use this API to delete a booking.
- Get /Bookings/{id}: Enables you to retrieve booking details by its ID.
- Patch /Bookings/{id}: Use this API to update the Status, Start Date, and/or End Date of a booking.
Updating these APIs will trigger the email notification(s).
Bug Fixes
- 21691: [DP Activity] DP activity custom fields will now duplicate when duplicating a deployment Plan.
- 22972: [Health Check Dashboard] Graph loads as required.
