Health Check Dashboard Enhancements
Past 7 days’ Environment Health Check Status
Health Check Dashboard has been enhanced to display Environment Health Check Status information of up to the past 7 days. This enhancement enables you to view the History Logs, TEBRs, and TECRs that are linked to the selected environment and the status of the Breakdown pie chart of the past 7 days. Thus, extends the display window of environment availability, to allow you to monitor and validate reports of availability issues.
On Health Check Dashboard (Environment → Health Check Dashboard), click an Environment to display the ‘Environment Health Check’ window. On this window, a new ‘View’ option 7 day is added. By default, the ’24 hour’ option will be selected and the window displays the environment health check data of the past 24 hours. Clicking the 7 day option will display the past 7 days’ environment health check data.
A new button Zoom In (transforms to Zoom Out when clicked) is also added above the timeline on this window. Clicking on Zoom In displays the hourly view of the Environment Health Check of the past 7 days, whereas clicking Zoom Out will display a daily view of the Environment Health Check of the past 7 days.
These buttons are available only in the ‘7 day’ view.
Auto Page Refresh
Now, Health Check Dashboard will be automatically refreshed every minute. This enhancement refreshes the status of all the environments available on the Dashboard every minute, thus you will be always viewing the latest status of the environment.
Pagination
To speed up the page load and reduce the waiting period, Pagination has been done on the Health Check Dashboard. You can now scroll infinitely on the Dashboard and the data will be loaded continuously, as you scroll.
Master Deployment Plan Email Broadcasting
Now, to keep the stakeholders up to date with the current state of Deployment Plan and Deployment Plan Activities, the ‘Email Broadcasting’ feature is made available in Master Deployment Plan Activity as well.
To be able to broadcast the Master Deployment Plan email notifications, you must have the necessary email templates defined.
Environments API Optimization
The response body of Get Environments API has been optimized in the current release to include details about the Environment Groups IDs. On performing a search via this endpoint you will also be able to search by Environment Group IDs.
Release Management KPI Enhancements
New Filter ‘Systems’ Added
A new filter option ‘Systems’ is added in the Release Management KPI Dashboard. You can now filter the dashboard using the available Systems.
Tool Tips Added
All the charts and graphs now have a tooltip that can give you an overview of the information the chart or graph is displaying.
The contrast of the color on the charts and graphs has also been improved.
Release Over Time Yearly Display
Now, on selecting a filter period of more than 365 days in the filter, the Release Over Time graph displays in years. It allows you to do a yearly comparison of the release performance.
If the period selected is less than 365 days and more than 90 days, the graph displays in months. If selection is less than 90 days the graph displays in weeks.
Pie Chart Legends Display Percentage Value
Phases and Gates Sorting
To improve user experience, the ‘Avg. Phases and Gates Duration’ chart is now sorted by the start date of the phase and gate that fall under the applied filter.
