Grid Performance Enhancements

Now, for the TECR, TEBR, and Change data grids:

• Only the visible data columns will be retrieved from the database, resulting in a performance enhancement when fewer columns are displayed.

Deployment – KPIs Dashboard

Now:

• The Deployment – KPIs Dashboard allows users to track key metrics across Deployment Plans.
• Ask Plutora’s Support to make the Deployment – KPIs Dashboard appear in your navigation menu:
  • Deployment > Deployment KPIs.

View TEBR Requester on the Grid

Now, for the Environment Requests TEBR tab grid:

• The TEBR Requester field:
  • Can be configured to be displayed on the TEBR grid.
  • Can be filtered using query builder or grid column filtering.

Contact Stakeholders

Now:

• Users clicking the Contact Stakeholders button can choose to email all Stakeholders at once or select from a list of Stakeholders:
  • Each Stakeholder’s RACI settings are indicated in the list of available Stakeholders.
  • Clicking the Contact Stakeholders button on:
    • Environments will generate a list of Stakeholders from the selected Environment and any related Environment Group.
    • Environment Groups will generate a list of Stakeholders from the selected Environment Group and any related Environment within the Environment Group.
    • Systems will generate a list of Stakeholders from the selected System, all related Environments, and all related Environment Groups.

Deployment Status API

Now, the users of Plutora’s API can set the Deployment Status for each System within a Release to Completed, Rollback, Pending, or Rejected by:

• Updating the status associated with a Deployment Date:
  • GET /releases/{id}/systems/{systemId}/deploymentDates and
  • PUT /releases/{id}/systems/{systemId}/deploymentDates/{deploymentDateId}
• Updating the status directly for a System:
  • PUT /releases/{id}/systems/{systemId}

Bug Fixes

• 17659: [Integration Hub] Scripts no longer run a day early or late due to UTC offset.
• 18139, 18263: [Systems Manager] System Dependencies can now be filtered by Portfolio.
• 18563: [Release Manager and Report Center] Environment booking data is now saved correctly in Release Manager and can be viewed in the Environment Allocation report.
• 18566: [Login Settings Customization] Logging into Plutora is now possible using Chrome version number 66.0.3359.181.
• 18576: [Deployment Plan] Systems are now displayed horizontally.
