Functionality Enhancements
Add impacted System Stakeholders to a Release with one click.
“As a Release Manager, I do not want to manually add Systems Stakeholders to my Release. I want to click a button and have my Release auto-populate with the Stakeholders from its impacted Systems.”
Import Stakeholders Button
- Previously, users had to manually add all System Stakeholders to their Releases.
- Now, users can click the Import Stakeholders button under the Stakeholders tab of the Enterprise, Project, and Independent Release pop ups and import Stakeholders from all of the Release’s impacted Systems.
View Release Title and Release Type information in PIR Manager.
“As a user, I don’t want to have to go back to the Release Manager to view the Release Title and Release Type of the Releases associated with my PIRs. I want to view that information on the PIR grid and while viewing PIRs and PIR Items.”
Release Title and Type in PIR Manager
- Previously, users could view Release ID and Name in the PIR Manager but not the Release Type or Release Title (whether the Release was Enterprise, Project, or Independent).
- Now, users can view the Release Title and Release Type in PIR Manager by:
- Hovering their mouse cursor over Release ID in the PIR Manager grid.
- Opening a PIR or PIR Item and viewing the Impacted Release/Projects field.
