Functionality Enhancements
Send broadcast email notifications to users and user groups.

Broadcast Email Notifications
- Previously, administrators could not send broadcast email notifications.
- Now, administrators with access to User Management can send email notifications by clicking the new Send Broadcast button.
Receive an email when a new SSO account is created.
“Our admins found it difficult to keep track of new SSO accounts so they could give them the right user permissions. Now they receive an email every time a new account is created.”
SSO Account Creation Email Notifications
- Previously, when SSO was enabled, anyone with an Active Directory account could access Plutora via the SSO login button and automatically create an account with the SSO Requester user role.
- Administrators had to keep track of these new accounts and give them the right user permissions.
- Now, administrators can use the new User Management entity, and New SSO User Created trigger in Email Template Wizard Customization to send notifications whenever a new SSO user account is created.
Insights print function and grid view have been enhanced.
“Now I can print all my data in Insights with a single click of the print button and see Release ID and Release Name as separate columns in the grid.”
