TEBR Customization

The TEBR Customization allows users to push TEBR creation, modification, and deletion data in the form of  .csv files to customer folders via SFTP.

Contact Plutora Support if you would like the TEBR Customization adapted so it can be used by your company.

To set up TEBR SFTP:

  1. Go to Settings > Customization > File Push.
  2. Click TEBR.
  3. Type folder name or IP address of the customer FTP folder into Push to Folder. (Mandatory field.)
  4. Type the Port Number of the customer FTP folder. (Mandatory field.)
  5. Type the Username of the customer FTP folder. (Mandatory field.)
  6. Type the Password of the customer FTP folder. (Mandatory field.)
  7. Click Test Connection to confirm that you have entered the correct details:
    • If successful, the Connection successful pop up opens. Click OK to close it.
    • If unsuccessful, please check that your URL, username, port number, and password have been entered correctly.
  8. Manage Options:
    1. Trigger .csv file push whenever a TEBR is created, edited, or deleted:
      1. Click to select the Enable file push when a TEBR is created, edited or deleted checkbox.
        Files will have the following naming pattern: TEBR_Extract_Trigger_YYYY.MM.DD.HH.MM.SS.
      2. Click Manage Included Environments to restrict data to only selected Environments:
        1. Select Environments by:
          1. Live Searching for Environment Names.
          2. Dragging and dropping Environments from the left-hand Available Environments panel into the Selected Environments panel on the right.
      3. Click Save & Close.
    2. Schedule a .csv file push:
      1. Click to select the Enable Regularly Scheduled File Push checkbox.
        Files will have the following naming pattern: TEBR_Extract_[regularity]_YYYY.MM.DD.HH.MM.SS. With regularity being Hourly, Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Minutes
      2. Click Manage Included Environments to restrict data to only selected Environments:
        1. Select Environments by:
          1. Live Searching for Environment Names.
          2. Dragging and dropping Environments from the left-hand Available Environments panel into the Selected Environments panel on the right.
        2. Click Save & Close.
      3. Click + New Schedule Push.
      4. Select one of the following schedule times from the drop down menu:
        Hourly push is always on the hour. Times are based on browser times.

        1. Hourly.
        2. Daily:
          1. Slide the Hour and Minute sliders or type a time in the At field. (Mandatory field).
          2. Click Done.
        3. Weekly:
          1. Select a day of the week from On. (Mandatory field.)
          2. Slide the Hour and Minute sliders or type a time in the At field. (Mandatory field).
          3. Click Done.
        4. Monthly:
          1. Select a day of the month from the On the field. (Mandatory field.)
          2. Slide the Hour and Minute sliders or type a time in the At field. (Mandatory field).
          3. Click Done.
        5. Minutes:
          1. Click the up and down arrows Up and down arrows or type the number of minutes in the Every field.
            The minimum number of minutes is 15.
      5. Click to select one of the following buttons:
        • Added & Modified: Send details of TEBRs that have been added or modified.
        • Active TEBRs:
          • Send details of Environment Bookings that were active in the time frame selected (current and recently active Environment Bookings).
          • The definition of Active is that the Environment Booking Start Date is in the past and the Environment Booking End Date is in the future. (Previously, it was the TEBR Start and End Date.)
            Files will have the following naming pattern: Active_TEBRs_[regularity]_YYYY.MM.DD.HH.MM.SS. With regularity being Hourly, Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Minutes.
      6. Add another scheduled file push time by clicking + New Schedule Push again:
        • A file containing all recently created, modified, or deleted TEBRs will be created for each scheduled push.
        • Any number of schedules can function simultaneously.
      7. Delete a schedule by clicking its red delete button.

  9. Click Submit.
    The yellow Your changes have been saved pop up opens and closes.
    If you click away from the Customization page without clicking Submit, your changes will not save.

The .csv file produced by the TEBR Push has the following changes:

  • Bookings with multiple Environments are now split into a row per Environment. (Previously, each booking had a single row and if more than one Environment was present, they were separated by commas.)
  • The start and end dates are the date of each Environment booking. (Previously, they were the TEBR start and end dates.)
