Issue

Workaround 2

  • Apply advanced filters such as Release or System filtering to narrow results set.

Bug Fixes

System Impact Matrix

Problem Fix
When the user ‘Exports to XLS’ from the System Impact Matrix with a live search filter on, it outputs all results instead of just filtered results. The user is now able to export just the filtered results to excel.
Various usability issues have been remediated to improve stability. System Impact Matrix is now rendering with all rows lining up and has become more stable.

Release Manager

Problem Fix
When saving a Criteria, an unhandled exception error would sometimes appear. The Unhandled exception no longer appears upon saving a Criteria.
When filtering for Releases using the Query Builder, and the Show Dependent Release checkbox is ticked. If the user then ‘Exports to XLS’, it would not export the dependent Releases. The Releases now correctly export to excel when filters are applied to the Release grid.
Filtering by Release Package in the Release Manager and Environment Change Request did not work as expected. The Release Package now filters correctly based on the input in the text field.
The ‘Assigned to Phase’ field in the Criteria window was rendering incorrectly. The window correctly renders and displays the proper information.

Customizations

Problem Fix
The ‘Login Failed Attempts’ values in the Customization page would sometimes disappear. The user is now able to see the values correctly.
Activation and Last Login Dates were not converting to local time and therefore showed UTC. All Dates now correctly display local time.
Some items in the Customization page were not saved in the correct order when the user changes it. The items are now saved in the correct order and corresponds to how they are displayed in their respective field.
