Bug Fixes

Blockout Period

Problem Fix
The date format of the Blockout period tool tip does not change according to the customization setting. The date format changes according to the chosen format in customizations.

Impact Matrix

Problem Fix
When exporting the Environments Impact Matrix to XLS, it would instead export the System Impact Matrix. Exporting to XLS for the Environments Impact Matrix now displays the correct Impact Matrix.
When clicking the Parent Release to see the total changes affecting the Release, it would only list the changes affecting the first child Release. The list now contains all changes affecting the child Releases.
In IE8, the text direction of Systems in the System Impact Matrix was horizontal. The text direction is now vertical.
Independent Releases in the System Impact Matrix were displaying the incorrect icon. Instead, the Project Release Icon were displayed in its place. The Independent Releases now show the correct icon.

Deployment

Problem Fix
When starting or completing a deployment activity in a Deployment Plan, the start or end time would create a time stamp displaying the incorrect time. The start and/or end time now displays the correct time.

Release Management

Problem Fix
The Release Manager Query Builder would sometimes time out and may take the user 2-3 times to run it successfully. The performance of the Release Manager Query Builder has been improved significantly, reducing the loading time for filtered results.
When trying to add a criteria without a gate, the warning message would indicate to the user that a phase is needed. The correct message is displayed when the user is trying to add an activity or criteria without a phase of gate respectively.
On duplicating a Release, there is no confirmation dialog and the window does not close. A confirmation dialog appears indicating that the Release has been successfully duplicated, and the window closes.
The child push button would disappear after an Activity or Criteria has been saved. After an Activity or Criteria has been saved, the child push button does not disappear and may be used by the user.

Release Calendar

Problem Fix
The child Releases appear out of order as they do not appear under their Parent Release. All child Releases now correctly appears under the corresponding Parent Release.

Environment Request

Problem Fix
When an Environment Change Request has an Environment in completed status, the user can click save and may override the current value of the component version with an empty value. The field is now locked out preventing users from changing the value once completed, and the old values cannot be changed further.
The Assigned to and Requestor fields in the Query Builder for the Environment Change Request and Booking Request shows deleted users. The corresponding fields only show existing users from the user management list.
When adding an Environment to the Environment Change Request and selecting a Layer, any component that is associated to that Layer but with a different host can be selected from the drop down. By selecting a Layer, only the relevant components associated with the Host and Layer are shown.
When opening an existing Environment Booking Request, the Phase of the Release incorrectly shows the name. The Environment Booking Request correctly displays the Phase Name.
When searching for Parent Release ID on the Query Builder, it would sometimes throw an error that disallows the user to search. The user is able to search by Parent Release ID without issue.
When creating an Environment Booking Request, a duplicate may sometimes appear in the Environment Schedule. The Environment Schedule displays the appropriate Environment Booking or Allocation.

Environment Schedule

Problem Fix
When deleting an Environment from the Environment Schedule, it subsequently turns off the phase even if there are existing Environments in that phase. The Phase does not turn off after an Environment is deleted from the Environment Schedule.

Changes

Problem Fix
The ‘Raised By’ field incorrectly showed the ID of the Name. The field correctly displays the name that is populated in the field.

Systems

Problem Fix
The Query Builder field ‘Name’ was not consistent with the values in the System fields. The field has been renamed to ‘System Name’ to reflect the actual field name.
