Plutora Feature Release Notes Late December 2019

Features Included in the Late December 2019 Release

Version Number*
2.0.0

*Version Number Changes

The Plutora application is moving to a <Major Release>.<Minor Release>.<Patch Release> version number format for deployments. For this release, to make version numbering consistent across the product, we are incrementing our Major Release number to 2. In the future, releases every two weeks will increment the Minor Release number, and patch releases will increment the Patch Release number.

The version number visible in Your Settings will also contain a Build Number.

Initiative Management API Enhancements

Major enhancement for Plutora Analytics.

“As a Release Manager, I want to send links to my workbooks that users can open and view.”

Plutora Analytics Workbook Links

  • Now, Plutora Analytics is embedded in Plutora. This means that:
    • Each workbook will have a URL that can be copied, shared, and bookmarked.
    • Logged-in users of Plutora will be able to click and open links to workbooks.
      • Users who are not logged into Plutora will be prompted to log in.
Use Plutora Analytics to find and resolve Environment conflicts more easily.

“As an Environment Manager, I want a workbook with my Environment booking conflicts so I can resolve them.”

Environment Booking Conflicts Workbook

  • Now, the Environment Booking Conflicts workbook in Plutora Analytics allows you to:
    • Filter booking conflicts by type, Environment, Environment Group, Organization Name, and more.
    • View a bar showing the number of booking conflicts of each type.
    • View booking conflicts as bars in a timeline and as a grid of data.
    • Click booking conflicts to open them in Plutora so they can be resolved.
