Functionality Enhancements
Assign Changes to users or user groups.
“Now we can assign Changes to a user or user group, in the same way that we can assign TECRs.”
Change Assign To Field
- Previously, Changes could not be assigned.
- Now, Changes can be assigned to a user or a user group.
- Changes page has a new column, Assigned To, so you can see how each Change has been assigned. See how to make this column appear.
Filter Changes by Release under the Linked Changes tab on the TECR pop up.
“By clicking the new Filter By Associated Release button on the TECR pop up, we can instantly see and select from the most relevant Changes.”
Filter by Associated Release
- Previously, only Live Search was available as a filter under the Linked Change tab when adding or editing a TECR.
- Now, you can click the new Filter By Associated Release toggle button to see only those Changes associated with the Release you selected under the Details tab.
Prevent TEBRs from being booked with a date in the past.
“TEBRs shouldn’t be booked in the past as it means they won’t reflect the project’s true duration. But, as an administrator, I might want to toggle the ability to book TEBRs in the past so that users can create a true record of bookings.”
Prevent Retrospective TEBRs
- Previously, it wasn’t possible to prevent TEBRs being given a Start Date/Time that was in the past.
- Now, administrators can toggle the new Do not allow past dates to be selected checkbox in the TEBR Mandatory Details Customization to notify users if they select a Start Date/Time in the past and prevent them from saving.
