United Dashboard Aug 31 2017

In the screenshots and text, the following terminology will be used interchangeably:

  • Impacts stands for Changes.
  • Business stands for Portfolio Association.
  • Application stands for Systems.

A Change can only be linked to a Release when the System linked to the Change is linked to that Release. A Change can only be linked to one Release.

Each element in United Dashboard is designed to filter and display data from the element above:

  1. Filtered Changes appear in:
    1. Impacts Trend: Clicking one of the bars makes a heatmap of that bar appear in:
      1. App Impacts Heatmap:  Clicking one of the boxes opens that data in:
        1. Project Status Matrix.

Changes can have the following statuses:

  • Not Planned: No Expected Delivery Date.
  • Forecasted: Expected Delivery Date is in the future.
  • Late or Deferred:
    • DBV Status is Open, Technical Debt, or On Hold.
    • Expected Delivery Date is in the past and no date for Code Complete Actual.
  • Delivered: Has a date for Code Complete Actual and an Expected Delivery Date.

Soon, there will be a Changes Status filter.
