Manage Public Bookmarks

Report Center’s predefined and company reports can be saved as public or private bookmarks. Users can also create reports.

Public reports are visible to other users.

All Reports in the left-hand navigation panel has been renamed to Predefined Reports. Add Reports has been renamed to Create a Report.

You must have the Create/Delete Public Folders and Create/Delete Public Reports user permissions.

To add a public bookmark:

  1. Go to Reporting > Report Center.
  2. Click one of the following links in the left-hand navigation panel:
    • Predefined Reports: To bookmark a generic report.
      Or:
    • Company Reports: (Demo Reports in the screenshot): To bookmark a report created for your company.
  3. Click to open a report.
  4. Click Public.

  5. Click the cross Folder crossnext to Top Folder to open the Public Bookmark folder structure.

  6. Navigate through the folder structure by opening folders.
  7. Manage folders:
    1. Hover your mouse cursor over the folder you would like the new folder to appear inside until the cogwheel-shaped button appears.

    2. Click the cogwheel-shaped button.

    3. Add a folder:
      1. Click Add New Folder.
      2. Type the New Folder Name.
      3. Click Done.
    4. Rename a folder:
      1. Click Rename Folder.
      2. Type the new folder name in Rename this folder.
      3. Click Done.
    5. Delete a folder:
      1. Click Delete.
      2. Click OK.
  8. Click to select a folder.
  9. Click Save.
  10. Type a Public Report Title.
    The report title must not be blank and must be unique.

  11. Click Save.
  12. Open the bookmarked Public report:
    1. Click the refresh button  on Public Bookmarks.

    2. Click to open the Public Bookmarks folder.
    3. Click the title of your report to open it.

 

You must have the Create/Delete Public Folders and Create/Delete Public Reports user permissions.

To delete a private bookmark:

  1. Go to Reporting > Report Center.
  2. Click Public Bookmarks in the left-hand navigation panel.
  3. Click the cross Folder cross next to Top Folder to open the Public Bookmarks folder structure.

  4. Navigate through the folder structure by opening folders.
  5. Click to select the folder with the report.
  6. Click the delete button Black cross in a circle delete button report center next to the report.

  7. Click OK.
