How To Deal With 404 Errors When Logging Into Plutora Test By Clearing Application Data

To clear application data and stop a 404 error in the following browsers and platforms:

  1. For Chrome:
    1. Windows:
      1. Click the three dot menu Actions button three dots on the top right.
      2. Click More tools.
      3. Click Clear browsing data.
      4. Click to select the beginning of time from the Obliterate the following items from drop-down menu.
      5. Click to select the following checkboxes:
        1. Cookies and other site and plugin data.
        2. Hosted app data.
      6. Click Clear browsing data.
    2. Mac:

      1. Go to Chrome > Clear Browsing Data…
      2. Click to select the beginning of time from the Obliterate the following items from drop-down menu.
      3. Click to select the following checkboxes:
        1. Cookies and other site and plugin data.
        2. Hosted app data.
      4. Click Clear browsing data.
  2. For Firefox:
    1. Click the menu button. Hamburger button
    2. Click History.
    3. Click Clear Recent History.
    4. Click to select Everything from the Time range to clear drop-down menu.
    5. Click Details.
    6. Click to select the following checkboxes:
      1. Site preferences.
      2. Cookies.
    7. Click Clear Now.
  3. For IE:
    1. Click to select Internet Options from the Tools drop-down menu in the top, right-hand corner.
    2. Click the General tab (if it isn’t selected already).
    3. Scroll to the Browsing History section.
    4. Click to select the following checkbox:
      1. Cookies and website data.
    5. Click Delete.
  4. For Edge:
    1. Go to  Hub > History.
    2. Click Clear all history.
    3. Click to select the following checkbox:
      1. Cookies and saved website data.
    4. Click Clear.
