Duplicate Deployment Plans

Over the next few weeks, we will be updating our user interface to make it more consistent. The icons, buttons, fonts, formatting, and colors that appear in the screenshots below will be temporarily out of date.

Duplicating a Deployment Plan saves users from re-entering information.

When a Master Deployment Plan is duplicated, its Systems and Releases are not duplicated because they are assigned in, and belong to, the Child Deployment Plans.

Duplicated Deployment Plans have their status set to Draft.

The Audit History of the Deployment Plan is not duplicated, but the user performing the duplication will be marked as the creator of the plan in the new Audit History.

To duplicate a Deployment Plan:

  1. Go to Deployment > Deployment Plan.
  2. Click to select a single Deployment Plan you would like to duplicate.
The Duplicate button is only clickable if a single Deployment Plan is selected.
  3. Click Duplicate.
