Delete Users

Administrators can delete users that have left the company. They can also make users inactive so that they are not deleted, but they cannot log into Plutora. See Add or Edit User.

Deleting a user does not delete their comments, activities, and audit history (click the clock-shaped button  at the top of pop ups).

To delete a user:

  1. Go to Settings > User Management.
  2. Click the delete Delete button TEBR Form Customization button next to the user.
  3. Click Yes to confirm.
