Delete Users

Over the next few weeks, we will be updating our user interface to make it more consistent. The icons, buttons, fonts, formatting, and colors that appear in the screenshots below will be temporarily out of date.

Administrators can delete users that have left the company. They can also make users inactive so that they are not deleted, but they cannot log into Plutora. See Add or Edit User.

Deleting a user does not delete their comments, activities, and audit history (opened by clicking the hourglass-shaped button at the top of pop ups).

To delete a user:

  1. Go to Settings > User Management.
  2. Click the delete Delete button TEBR Form Customization button next to the user.

  3. Click Yes to confirm.
